A small bit of great stuff
This is a small but very tasty bit of smoked trout. Because really good smoked trout (by mail) is hard to find in the U.S. these days (the FDA apparently having prohibited shipping of whole, unpreserved smoked fish), this is a valuable source. You just need to understand that what you get is one very nice filet. (The seller does not in any way mislead on this point.)
